ORDERING INFORMATION
ATC has set up an account for each University department and purchasing site
and orders should be placed directly with ATC. A number of ordering methods are
available to purchasing officers and these include:
(University Supplier No. 302589 - Office Max Ltd trading as ATC)
ENVIRONMENTAL & RECYCLING INFORMATION
Over 2.5 million toner cartridges are sold in Australia each year. Many of
these contribute to our already serious waste plastic problem by ending up in
our suburban landfills. ATC is therefore working closely with the University of
Melbourne Risk Management Office to maximise the number of cartridges recycled
by the University.
There are a number
of ways you can help with this recycling program.
It's easy! Just save your empty cartridges from the bin and return them to ATC.
If you are ordering your cartridges through ATC then the ATC driver will collect
your empty cartridges when he delivers your order.
ATC can also supply you with "empty cartridge collection boxes" to
help you neatly store your empty cartridges until your next delivery. ATC is
able to collect empty laser printer, fax and photocopier cartridges for
recycling.
If you choose not to order your cartridges through ATC we would still like to
make sure they get recycled rather than finding their way into the bin. You may
therefore wish to use the CartCollect service that has been set up to collect
empty cartridges from organisations right across Australia.
To arrange a collection through CartCollect please click here or visit
www.cartcollect.com.au.
This website will give you loads of great information about recycling your empty
toner cartridges and in many cases you can receive rewards for returning your
empty cartridges to CartCollect.
Save $$$ by letting ATC maintain and service your printers
ATC offers University departments using ATC cartridges FREE preventative
maintenance on their laser printers. This service is performed every 6 months
and is designed to ensure printers are kept clean and running at optimal levels.
This means less printer problems and any faults can be detected before causing
serious problems. To arrange your FREE preventative maintenance simply contact
ATC to schedule a time that suits you.
ATC's Printer Service Department can help you with any printer problems so
please give us a call on 9931 9000 or visit our web site (www.atcitsupplies.com.au) should you require any type of printer assistance.
Material Data Safety Sheets
For copies of Material Data Safety Sheets relating to the ATC toner cartridges used within your department please email Customer Service at ATC
(customer.service@atcitsupplies.com.au) stating your printer model along with your fax number and/or postal address depending on how you would like to receive the information.
